Toreros Get One-Run Win at Buffalo
The Cabo San Lucas Toreros defeated the Buffalo Bison, 6-5. Third Baseman Chris Hogan deserved a large share of the credit. Hogan was 3 for 4 with 3 singles and a walk for the Toreros. Earning his 16th save of the year was Victor Gonzalez. Cabo San Lucas is last in the Roberto Clemente League International Division with a record of 34-53.

Cabo San Lucas used a timely hit from Dennis Allen to get the win. The right fielder stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the ninth inning to put the Toreros ahead, 6-5. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but it made an impact.

"Enjoyed this one," Hogan told the Cabo San Lucas Daily News. "But it's back to work tomorrow."
