The Bloomington Blazers got a superb performance from pitcher Ruben Cahue, who shut out the Milwaukee Millers, 1-0. With the win, Bloomington improves its record to 4-4.

The game came to an abrupt end with one out in the bottom of the tenth. On a pitch from Steve Herring, Edward Rendon hit a sacrifice fly. It gave Bloomington the 1-0 win.

"I'll be honest," said Cahue. "I'm not sure I could've thrown another pitch."
