The Buffalo Bison topped the Eureka Hornets by a score of 5-4. Leading the way was pinch hitter Pat Bowers. Bowers went 1 for 1 with a home run for the Bison. Buffalo reliever Bobby Milleville got the win, raising his record to 6-3. Josh McGrath was tagged with the loss. The Bison now have a mark of 52-104.

Deshawn Williams helped out the Buffalo cause in the bottom of the sixth inning with a run-scoring hit-by-pitch. For the game, the second baseman drove in one run.

"I just tried to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said Bowers.
