Luna Blasts Beach Bums, Millers Take Game 6, 6-5
The Milwaukee Millers and the Traverse City Beach Bums will take the ABL Championship to a decisive 7th game. Facing a must-win situation at The Royal Grounds today, the Millers beat the Beach Bums 6-5 in extra innings to force the series into what will essentially be a one-game playoff. Milwaukee third baseman Juan Luna hit 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice.

Milwaukee needed the clutch hitting of John Dove to notch the win. The left fielder hammered a solo home run in the top of the 11th inning to put the Millers on top, 6-5. For the game, Dove had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.

"Hitting 2 home runs in the ABL Championship is a fairy tale," Luna said in the clubhouse following the game.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at The Royal Grounds in Traverse City.
