The Milwaukee Millers topped the Bloomington Blazers by a score of 7-5. Leading the way was third baseman Juan Luna. Luna went 2 for 3 with a home run, a walk, and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2 for the Millers. Roger Spence earned the win after being summoned from the bullpen. Milwaukee shortstop Mario Rodriguez gave his club a productive at-bat in the bottom of the seventh inning. With a runner on 2nd and the Millers trailing 5-4, Rodriguez hit a run-scoring double.
