They are all terms that have been used in the past to describe West Island's outstanding reliever Ernesto Herrera. You can now add another one to the list -- member of the 300-save club. Herrera reached his historic save in the Jazz 6-4 victory over the Montreal Mounties. He permitted no runs and no hits while earning the milestone save.

The relief star didn't have much to say after the game, telling reporters it was "just another save."

Herrera has made 538 career appearances, rolling up a 42-69 record with 300 saves. In 588.1 innings he has fired a third strike past 763 batters, issued 265 free passes and held other teams to a .197 average.
