Blazers Get Gritty, 3-2 Win
The Bloomington Blazers, despite a fine performance by San Francisco pitcher Juan Moreno, grabbed a 3-2 win at Arson Arena. Moreno allowed no runs over 7.1 innings. Bloomington is now 31-36.

Bloomington got a knockout punch from Erik Ware. The pinch hitter hammered a 3-run home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.

Ware said the team appreciates the support from the fans. "I'm glad we could reward them with a good win," he said after the game.
