He led the Seattle Sasquatch to victory 9-0, blanking the Houghton Gremlins on 8 hits. He had 2 walks and 8 strikeouts. "You know what he's going to throw. You know what to expect. And you still can't hit it," Houghton skipper Ron Anderson told reporters after the shutout loss. "He just had a real deceptive fastball today and he was throwing it for strikes."
