Romo Voted Best TML Pitcher in September Monday, October 1st , 2057 Cesar Romo had an outstanding September -- so good that the Thurman Munson League presented him with the Pitcher of the Month Award earlier today. "There's no way to know where the Hornets would be without Romo," one fan is quoted as saying. In September Romo dominated the competition, running up a 6-0 record, a 1.62 ERA and 62 strikeouts in 50 innings. Checking out his stats for the year, Romo has racked up 17 wins and 13 losses in 33 starts, posted a 2.26 ERA, and struck out 321 batters in 251 innings. |
