Tonga CF Bond Will Miss 5 Weeks Monday, October 8th , 2057 Baseball can be a contact sport at times. It can exact a harsh toll on a player's body. In a recent game against Bighorn Bison, G.o.D center fielder Martin Bond was injured throwing the ball and is expected to miss 5 weeks with elbow tendinitis. The team did not announce any roster moves today related to this injury. The Tonga skipper told BNN that personnel decisions would be announced as early as tomorrow. This year Bond has batted at a .205 pace with 107 hits, 28 home runs, 56 RBIs and scored 75 times. |
