Quebec Armada starter Tim Jones pitched a strong game against the Dallas Texans at Metroplex Park, leading the Armada to victory, 6-1. Jones picked up the win for Quebec, going 6 innings. He gave up 1 run on 5 hits. He now sports a record of 4-4.

Quebec used a well-timed hit by Fidel Martinez to capture the win. The designated hitter socked a 2-run double in the top of the first inning to put the Armada ahead, 2-0. Though it was his only hit in 5 at-bats, it was important.
