Chai Launches 2 Dingers, But Frobisher Bay Wins
Brooklyn shortstop Yao-pang Chai had a good game in a losing cause. His team fell, 12-3, to Frobisher Bay at The Lava Flow. Chai was 4-4 with 2 home runs, a triple, and a walk, while scoring 3 and driving in 2. The Caribou, now 6-1, have hit the ground running this season.

Javier Jimenez went 1 for 5 with a double and a walk, while adding 2 RBI for Frobisher Bay. The 18-year old third baseman had a key at-bat in the top of the second. With two out and the bases loaded, he broke a 1-1 tie with a run-scoring walk off Matthew Witt. It was his 9th walk of the season.
