Sanchez Goes Deep Twice in 19-5 Rangers Win
A 6-RBI performance from center fielder Danny Sanchez led the Rockville Rangers to a win over the Syracuse Orange Sox, 19-5. Gustavo Delgado closed the door for Rockville, picking up his 1st save of the year. The Rangers have hit the ground running, raising their record to 8-2. While it's still too soon to talk about Rockville hoisting their 4th League Championship Series trophy, fans are getting excited about their strong start.

In the bottom of the first, 18-year old left fielder Willie Aguilar hit a 2-run double. The 2nd double of the season for the Rockville right fielder put the Rangers on top, 4-2.

"We're trying to go out there and win games," Sanchez told the Rockville Gazette, "and we played pretty well tonight."
