Danny Patlan, who is tied for 7th in the TR in home runs with 6, had a 6-RBI night to help the Oconto Falls Timbers down the Paradise Island Pirates, 13-6. Cortez Aguirre earned the win in relief. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2.1 innings. He upped his record to 3-0. Losses have been few and far between for the Pirates so far this season. Their record drops to 16-7.

In the top of the sixth, the Timbers grabbed the lead when Patlan hit his 6th home run of the season. The grand slam home run off Marco Castaneda made it 9-6, Oconto Falls.

"We knocked the fire out of the ball," said Oconto Falls manager Jian-guo Yang. "The guys swung the bats pretty good, and that's fun to see."
