Starting pitcher Victor Molina did his part in helping the Manchester Mooses thwart the Brooklyn Cyclones, 2-1. Roberto Rodriguez earned save number 4. Despite the loss, Brooklyn is still 17-9.

It could have been a different outcome for Manchester, had it not been for Edwin Aguilar, the 19-year old right fielder . Aguilar contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the sixth inning to put Manchester up, 1-0.
