The Ridge Runners faced a stiff challenge from Mexico City pitcher Alberto Candelaria, but persevered to claim a win at The Royal Grounds. The final score was 2-0. Candelaria went 6.2 innings and allowed 2 runs. By defeating Mexico City, the 6th-place Ridge Runners improved to 32-44.
