Two of the league's best teams met for a late-season clash.

The Pennsylvania Butterflies trumped the Houghton Gremlins, 13-6, at The Kaleidoscope. Pennsylvania right fielder Chris Lewis was terrific. He belted 2 home runs, while scoring 3 times and driving in 2. The winning pitcher was David Espinoza. He tossed 98 pitches over 5 innings, allowing 4 runs on 9 hits.

In the bottom of the fourth inning, the Butterflies grabbed the lead when Sergio Benitez rapped a two-out single. Pennsylvania was trailing 2-1, when Benitez hit a 2-run single off Trace Yeadon to put his team in front, 3-2.

"I like how we're playing right now," said Lewis.

The triumph puts Pennsylvania at 95-65 for the season.
