Slumping Stogies Lose 7th Straight
Baseball fans saw a good contest between the Bloomington Blazers and Havana Stogies.

Victor Ramirez could take little solace in pitching a good game. The fact is his Havana Stogies lost, dropping a 3-1 decision to the Bloomington Blazers at Arson Arena. The Stogies have now dropped 7 straight.

Bloomington took a 2-1 lead on Jaden White's 22nd home run of the season. The solo home run, which White hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Havana pitcher Victor Ramirez visibly frustrated.

"Makes our job easier," said White, "when our pitchers shut the opposition down."
