Punchless Sabercats Fall, 11-0, to Rosewell
|
Rosewell starter Jose Bahena kept the Sedona hitters in check, helping his team cruise to a win, 11-0. Jose Bahena, who is tied for 8th in the TR in wins with 4, picked up the win in relief. Nick Crosno took the loss for Sedona. Rosewell is rocking and rolling at 40-6.
Rosewell used the hitting of Marco Fernandez to pick up the win. The third baseman clubbed a 2-run home run in the top of the second inning to put the Tribbles on top, 2-0. For the game, Fernandez had 1 home run and 2 singles in 5 at-bats.
"For the most part, I made good pitches when I needed to," said Bahena.
