Enthusiastic fans came out to support the home team at Knockout Stadium by Brooklyn Decker.
The Easton Caterpillars beat the Frobisher Bay Caribou, 10-0, at Knockout Stadium by Brooklyn Decker. Miguel Aldana starred for Easton. He went 2 for 3 with a home run and a triple. He drove in 7 runs and scored once. Dave Mayo, the winning pitcher, is now 3-1. He went 7.1 innings, allowing no runs on 5 hits, while fanning 9 and walking 3.
In the bottom of the fourth, Easton catcher Ben Toohey had a productive at-bat. With the bases loaded and one out, Toohey stroked a run-scoring single to left. It made the score 2-0, Easton. For the game, he went 2 for 4 with 2 singles.
"They just got us," said Frobisher Bay manager Lao Lo, "and that's all I can say."
