Multi-HR Game for Soto in 10-3 Win
The Syracuse Orange Sox pinned a convincing loss on the Rosewell Tribbles, 10-3, at Syracuse Fields. Jairo Soto was a main factor in the win. He was 3 for 4 with 2 home runs, while adding 6 RBI and scoring twice for Syracuse. The Orange Sox saw their win-loss record go to 43-31. At the same time, the Tribbles fell to 48-25.

With Syracuse trailing 1-0 in the bottom of the first, Soto hit a cutter from Jerry Nuncio for a 3-run home run. It was his 15th home run of the season and put the Orange Sox ahead, 3-1.

Said Rosewell manager Leonel Alba: "They did a lot of things right. We did a lot of things wrong."
