No one was more impactful than Alberto Melchor in the 6-4 Thunder Bay win over Barbados. Melchor was 2-4 with 2 home runs. Bobby Kolar wrapped it up, recording his 13th save. Thunder Bay is now 32-23.

Center Fielder Juan Griego made an impact for Thunder Bay, when he swatted a 2-run home run off Eduardo Rosales in the bottom of the fourth. For the contest, Griego was 1 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.
