El Paso center fielder Alex Velasco had a 3-RBI performance, which helped his team down the Dallas Texans, 7-4. Morgan Henn earned his 23rd save, after closing out the game. El Paso bumps their record to 50-43 with the win.

Velasco had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the eighth. On a first pitch curveball from Ben Nunley, he banged a 3-run home run to right, giving the Mavericks a 7-4 lead. It was the 2nd home run of the year for Velasco.
