Easton Gets Riveting Walk-Off Win
A good performance from shortstop Kevin Foster helped the Easton Caterpillars defeat the Rosewell Tribbles, 7-6. Foster went 4 for 5 with 2 doubles and 2 singles, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for the Caterpillars. Easton reliever Miguel Tamez was the winner. His record is now 7-10. The losing pitcher was Herman Woodward. The Caterpillars now have a record of 35-42.

Easton got a knockout punch from Dave Solis. The pinch hitter hammered a solo home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.

"It wasn't our best performance," said Solis, "but a win in this league is nothing to sniff at."
