Borga Lifts Orange Sox to 15-9 Triumph
The first-place Syracuse Orange Sox took on the Key West Thunder in front of a spirited crowd.

Josh Borga was the difference-maker for the Syracuse Orange Sox in what turned into a shootout with the Key West Thunder. Borga went 4-for-4 in the 15-9 Orange Sox win. With the win, the Orange Sox improved to 42-18.

Borga contributed a big hit, a 3-run home run, for Syracuse in the bottom of the second. With his team trailing 2-0, Borga took a fastball from Ivan Vaiz and stroked the home run to right-center. His 1st home run of the season allowed the Orange Sox to leap in front, 3-2.

"We maximized our offense today," said Syracuse skipper Teruo Sato. "That makes everyone's life easier."
