Vince Salvato did a number on the Caterpillars in the 32-13 Rosewell victory -- and the number was 5. The Tribbles catcher banged out 5 hits in 7 at-bats at Classified Field to lead his club past the Easton Caterpillars.

"I felt good in the batter's box," he said. "I had confidence in my swing and knew that it was there and that I could get the job done."

Vince Salvato struck out in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, walked in the 4th, singled in the 5th, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI double in the 7th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and struck out in the 8th.
