Starting pitcher Omar Orozco took care of business, helping the The Stinging Larvae stifle the Wichita Storm, 8-2. The Larvae, now 2-0, have stormed out of the gates.

Gaëtan Dumortier helped out the The Stinging cause in the bottom of the sixth inning with a run-scoring double. For the game, the center fielder went 1 for 4 with a double and a walk.

"Omar gave us a heck of an effort," said The Stinging manager Jose Correa.
