David Prieto, who is rated as the 36th best prospect by BNN, propelled his team to victory over the The Stinging Larvae. The final score was 8-7, Rosewell. The winner in relief was Jason Harper. The right-hander allowed 1 run on 2 hits in 1.2 innings. He now owns a record of 2-1.
Had Marco Fernandez not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the eighth, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and runners on 1st and 3rd, Fernandez hit a run-scoring single. That made the score 8-7, in favor of the Tribbles.
