Victory Takes Sabercats to 7-3
The Sedona Sabercats picked up a win, 3-2, over the Victoria Totems at The Lair at Sabercat Field. Chan-koo Lee led the charge. The Daegu native went 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 for Sedona. Alex Elizalde was the winner. He's now 1-0. The loser was 18-year old right-handed pitcher Jesus Infante. Ed Cruz got the save, the 3rd for him this season.

The Sabercats got a big at-bat from center fielder Justin Stadtlander. For the game, Stadtlander went 2 for 5 with 2 doubles. In the bottom of the sixth, with runners on 1st and 3rd, he stroked a run-scoring double. His 4th double of the season gave Sedona a 3-2 lead.

"The other side played a good game," said Victoria manager Senta Nakano. "You tip your cap to them."

The Sabercats, now 7-3, have hit the ground running this season.
