The Normal Nutcrackers bested the Victoria Totems, 6-5, at The Nutcracker Suite. Willie Perez was one of the standouts. He was 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 and driving in 2. Manny Becerra snagged the win in relief. He goes to 4-2 on the season. Justin Jacobson suffered the loss. Normal is now 42-62, Victoria 69-34.

The Nutcrackers got a clutch hit from shortstop Jonathan Roman. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Nutcrackers.
