The Victoria Totems wasted an inspired, 6.1-inning effort from starter Justin Oakley, falling, 1-0, to the Normal Nutcrackers at The Nutcracker Suite. Santos Molina, now 2-1, was credited with the win in 2.1 innings of relief. He allowed no runs on 2 hits, while striking out 3 and walking 2.
