The Savannah Peaches handed the Coronado Islanders a 5-4 loss in 12 innings at Barack H. Obama Park. Er Fang was the star on offense. He went 3-4 with a home run, 2 singles, and 2 walks. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Savannah is now 65-44, while Coronado is 60-51.

Had Fang not come through in the top of the 12th, who knows how the game would've ended? But with two down, Fang drew a walk, driving in 1 run. The Peaches took the lead, 4-3, and never looked back.

"This is a resilient bunch," said Savannah manager David Flecha.
