Behind the hitting of Pablo Grijalva, the Victoria Totems defeated the The Stinging Larvae, 8-5. Grijalva went 1 for 3 with a home run and 3 walks, while scoring 2 and driving in 2 for the Totems. The second-place Totems have a record of 75-38.

Victoria used the timely hitting of Emilio Cisneros to seize the win. The shortstop stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the ninth inning to put the Totems on top, 7-5. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.
