Rowe reaches base 4 times, Leads Peaches to Win

The Savannah Peaches beat the The Stinging Larvae, 10-3, at The Queen. The Peaches got a fine performance from left fielder Aaron Rowe, who went 2 for 3 with a home run and 2 walks. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. Dave Perez earned the win for Savannah. He lasted 6.2 innings, allowing 3 runs on 5 hits, while striking out 10. With the win, he raised his record to 2-1. The winning streak has now reached 5 games for the Peaches.
In the top of the seventh, the Peaches grabbed the lead when Rowe hit his 6th home run of the season. The grand slam home run off Mario Vargas made it 5-3, Savannah.
