Nutcrackers Roll to 8-1 Win Over Peaches
The Normal Nutcrackers thumped the Savannah Peaches, 8-1, at The Nutcracker Suite. Jonathan Roman was a big reason his team got the win. Roman was 2 for 2 with a home run and 2 walks, while scoring 2 runs. Normal currently is in 5th place in the TML R Fred McGriff Division at 50-71.

Early in the game, second baseman Thimotée Ducrocq had a run-scoring double for Normal. It was his 23rd double of the season and put the Nutcrackers on top, 1-0.
