Commies Need Extra Innings to Top Revenge, 5-3
The Caribbean Commies defeated the Barbados Revenge, 5-3, in 10 innings in RCL R action at The Drunken Wench Stadium. Caribbean pitcher Eddie Cabrera had a standout performance. Caribbean reliever Julio Baez was the winner. His record is now 1-5. Allen Floyd took the loss. With the win, the Commies are 16-104.

Herb Craig delivered a big hit for Caribbean. The center fielder drilled a 2-run home run in the top of the tenth inning to put the Commies ahead, 5-3. It was his only hit, but it was a beauty.

"Took some scratching and clawing," said Cabrera. "But we got it done."
