Blazers Absorb 4-2 Loss at Thundering Grounds at Bison Stadium
|
Buffalo turned a good effort from starter Esteban Mora into a win over the Bloomington Blazers at Thundering Grounds at Bison Stadium. The Bison won the game, 4-2. The save went to Mike Waldrup, number 19 for him. Buffalo is 45-53 and Bloomington, with the loss, 58-41.
The Bison had to work out of trouble in the top of the ninth. The score was 4-2, Buffalo, with no one out. Bloomington, with a runner on 1st, was mounting a threat. Mark Coppage dug in at the plate, but on a 2-0 fastball, he flied out.
