Riding the 3-hit performance of right fielder Zac Wall, the Okanagan Lake Monsters got a road win against the Memphis Blues, 9-4, in Game 2 of the Single A League Championship. Wall went 3 for 4 with 3 singles, while scoring 2 and driving in 3 for the Lake Monsters, who now lead the best-of-7 series, 2 games to 0.

A key moment came with two out in the top of the third. That's when Wall hit a changeup from David Burger for a 2-run single, putting Okanagan up, 6-3.

"The name of the game is scoring runs," Wall said. "We did a good job of that today."

Game 3 is scheduled for Monday at Elks Stadium in Kelowna.
