The Bloomington Blazers beat the San Francisco Earthquakes, 9-6, at Golden Gate Park. The Blazers got a fine performance from left fielder Jaden White, who was 1-4 with a home run, while adding 5 RBI and scoring once. Bloomington reliever Randy Stucki picked up the win, upping his record to 3-2. Josh Christie absorbed the loss. The Blazers now have a record of 59-42.

With Bloomington trailing 6-4 in the top of the ninth, White hit a fastball from Josh Christie for a grand slam home run. It was his 24th home run of the season and put the Blazers ahead, 8-6.

"I'm trying to see the ball big, see the ball up in the zone and put the barrel on it," White told the Bloomington Daily.
