Bison Rally For Late Win Over Sasquatch
The Buffalo Bison defeated the Seattle Sasquatch, 8-5, in Thurman Munson League action at Sasquatch Field at Brewbaker Family Memorial Stadium. Mace Kota pulled his weight. The 7-year veteran was 2-5 with a home run and a double, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Steve Hoefling earned his 20th save in 24 chances. Buffalo is now 51-51, Seattle 53-49.

Connor Gaudet provided a timely hit. The Buffalo pinch hitter delivered a 2-run triple in the top of the ninth inning to put the Bison on top, 6-5. It was his only hit in the game, but he made it count.

"You know, at the end of the day, it's about who scores the most runs," said Buffalo manager Jon Green.
