When the games really matter, the Bloomington Blazers put on their best show, beating the Seattle Sasquatch by a final score of 13-12. Jaden White was 2 for 3 with a home run and 3 walks. He scored 3 times and drove in 4. The series now sits at 1-1 in the best-of-7 affair.

Batting in the bottom of the tenth, three-time Gold Glove Award winner Alan Willer had a real shot to win the game. Seattle pitcher Paul Massaro was determined not to let it happen. But with one out, Willer hit a run-scoring single. The Blazers had a walk-off triumph.

"We had the game right there for the taking," said Seattle manager Vicente Vargas. "But we decided not to take it."

Game 3 is scheduled for Saturday at Sasquatch Field at Brewbaker Family Memorial Stadium in Seattle.
