Sasquatch Get One-Run Win at Jacksonville
|
In a low-scoring contest, Seattle pitcher Thor Odinson was marvelous, enabling his team to nab a 2-1 win. Seattle is now 51-55.
Seattle used the hitting of Matt Cordeiro to pick up the win. The shortstop clubbed a solo home run in the top of the third inning to put the Sasquatch on top, 1-0. For the game, Cordeiro had 1 home run and 1 single in 3 at-bats.
"I take a professional approach to my job," said Odinson. "I've been around this game for a while."
