The Havana Stogies soundly defeated the Eagle Rock Ridge Runners, 16-0, at The Humidor. Allen Larson, who finished 2nd in the RCL in extra base hits with 92 in 2062, let his bat do the talking. He went 3-3 with 2 home runs and a double, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice for Havana. Tom Gaston was the winning pitcher. Over 7.2 innings, he allowed no runs on 7 hits, with 2 walks and 4 strikeouts. The 4th-place Stogies have a record of 53-53.

With Havana leading 1-0 in the bottom of the third, Larson hit a cutter from Willie Borrero for a 2-run home run. It was his 15th home run of the season and put the Stogies ahead, 3-0.
