Hawaii second baseman Matt Muszynski was sensational. He went 3-4 with a double and 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI. But it wasn't enough to rally his team to a win. Seattle beat the Honu, 6-4. With the win, the Sasquatch have a record of 57-53.
Seattle designated hitter Ethan Morehead contributed a timely at-bat in the bottom of the first. With two down, he hit a knuckle curve to right field for a run-scoring single. It was his 93rd hit of the season and put the Sasquatch ahead, 1-0.
Morehead called the win "a pick-me-upper."
