Morehead Hits 2 home runs in Sasquatch Win
The Seattle Sasquatch defeated the San Francisco Earthquakes, 12-3, in Thurman Munson League action at Golden Gate Park. Ethan Morehead pulled his weight. The 12-year veteran hit 2 home runs. He drove in 5 runs and scored twice. Seattle now sits at 52-57, while San Francisco falls to 50-61.

The Earthquakes had been locked in a 2-2 tie with the Sasquatch going into the top of the fifth inning. That changed quickly when the 25-year old right fielder Scott McIntosh came to the plate. McIntosh hit a run-scoring double on a 3-1 slider from San Francisco hurler Gilberto Velazquez. It was McIntosh's 5th double of the year.

"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said McIntosh. "And not try to do too much."
