Kent Lifts Mustangs to 5-3 Triumph
The San Angelo Mustangs cut down the Eugene Emeralds by the score of 5-3, with the largest share of the credit going to third baseman Erik Kent. Kent hit 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice for the Mustangs. The Mustangs move to 34-107 with the win.

With San Angelo trailing 1-0 in the bottom of the first, Kent hit a sinker from Victor Oceguera for a 2-run home run. It was his 10th home run of the season and put the Mustangs ahead, 2-1.
