The home crowd had a good time watching the Reno Raiders and Minneapolis Freeze get after it.

Riding the 2-hit performance of the 22-year old first baseman Josh Flippo, the Minneapolis Freeze defeated the Reno Raiders, 9-2. Tommy Cedrone picked up the win, lifting his record to 7-11 on the season. He struck out 8 and walked 4 in 7.2 innings, while yielding 2 runs.

Andy Marshall aided the Minneapolis cause with a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the bottom of the fourth. For the game, the center fielder was 1 for 3.

"I felt good up there," said Marshall. "I saw the ball well."

Minneapolis is in 5th place in the TML AAA Joe Torre Division with a record of 65-80.
