Mullen Pounds 2 Homers in 8-6 Freeze Win
A 4-RBI performance from catcher Joe Mullen led the Minneapolis Freeze to a win over the Madison Muskies, 8-6. Minneapolis pitcher Shane Burns got the win, upping his record to 2-0. Antonio Mercado got the loss. At 85-67, the Freeze find themselves in first place in the TML AAA Joe Torre Division.

John Day did the little things right to help the team against the Muskies. In the bottom of the first inning, he reached on an error by the P, driving in 1 run, putting Minneapolis in front, 3-2.

"It was a nice win for our side today," said Freeze manager Ben Jeffcoat. "Not perfect, but we'll take it."
