Cowboys Pull Off Thrilling 4-3 Win in Extras
The Calgary Cowboys outlasted the Thunder Bay Black Bears in an extra-inning thriller.

Thunder Bay shortstop Victor Constancio had a terrific game, but it still wasn't enough to get his team a win. Constancio was 5 for 6 with a double and 4 singles, even as Calgary beat the Black Bears, 4-3, in 15 innings. The win went to Roberto Mendez in relief. His record improves to 4-2. Keith Sill took the loss.

The Cowboys got a clutch hit from second baseman Myles Leyte. In the bottom of the 15th, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Cowboys.

"This house was rockin'," Leyte said.

The win elevated the Cowboys to 97-61.
