Quebec parlayed a decent outing from starter Raul Padilla into a solid win over the Kansas City Tornadoes. The final score was 5-3. Quebec reliever Pat Neumann picked up the win, upping his record to 7-5. Bobby Milleville absorbed the loss. At 69-49, Quebec is in first place in the Roberto Clemente League International Division.

The decisive blow was delivered by Chris Allison in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a 2-run home run off 14-year veteran Bobby Milleville to win the game for Quebec. The home crowd went nuts.

"This place was rockin'," said Allison.
